Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.

Following an extended interaction, including reporting the company to Trading Standards, Google agreed to provide the trade in payment but in the form of Google Store credits.This is certainly an improvement from their original response, but has still left me out of pocket.If you find yourself in a similar position ask Google for information on the Advanced Dispute Resolution process.

Upgraded to a Pixel 7 pro based on the fact I would receive £140 trade in value. I sent the old phone away which was in excellent condition. The trade is was rejected based on the fact that the phone had a damaged body. This was simply untrue. As the purchase of the Pixel is outside the returns window I cannot return the phone. My recommendation would be to avoid PCS and the Google store trade in. It's a pity as the Pixel is a great phone but the experience has left a bitter taste

Google Store Order Problems
Google store lost my two orders for pixel phones I placed. They are lost at UPS and the only solution is to wait several days to hear back from shipper. I've waited two weeks. Instead of shipping me out replacements they say I have to wait for an investigation which already clearly state they were never delivered or received into my local UPS store. I suggest you never order from google store.

I placed my order in the beginning of December they said my order would be here by the 16th or around then it never showed up the only way I can get anybody to even acknowledge me is through text messages you try to get somebody to call back through there call back saying they never call you back. They said will call you in three minutes. Will call you in five minutes but then you never get a car. They wont even tell me if theyll honor my order give me my money back. I am at the end I will never deal with these people again.
